Refund Policy 

Refunds can only be issued in cases of over payment. In all other cases fees are non-refundable.

You must agree to our refund policy in the Terms of Service before submitting an application. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing of refunds.

Delivery Policy

At Veri Eval, we ensure secure and efficient delivery of your evaluation report based on your preferences.

Here’s how we deliver:

Digital Delivery: A student copy of your evaluation report will be sent electronically through our secure client portal.

This ensures fast access to your results and seamless communication during the process.

Physical Delivery: For official evaluation reports that need to be sent to designated organizations, we offer delivery by mail or courier services.

This option is ideal for institutions that require hard copies of evaluation documents.

To choose your preferred delivery method, simply inform us during the evaluation process. If opting for physical delivery, relevant fees (such as courier charges) will be included in your personalized quote. 

Fraud Policy

Veri Eval upholds strict professional standards in the evaluation process. If forged, altered, or falsified documents are submitted, the evaluation request will be immediately canceled.

No refund will be issued, and all submitted documents (originals and photocopies) will become the property of Veri Eval. 

We reserve the right to report such cases to appropriate authorities, including academic institutions, government agencies, professional organizations, and other evaluation services.

This ensures the integrity of the evaluation process and addresses misuse of credentials appropriately. 

If your documents are found to be fabricated, altered, or in any way non-authentic, no evaluation services will be provided, no refund will be issued, and all appropriate authorities will be notified.

Please note that Veri Eval does not evaluate credentials from organizations that are not authorized or permitted to offer recognized educational programs.
